We are a search fund looking to buy or partner with a business experienced in HDB electrical engineering projects.
Ideal companies should possess:
Have a BCA grading of at least L2–L4 (L4 preferred, especially with ME05 – Electrical Engineering, up to $8 million).
Have completed at least 3 design-and-build landed residential projects in the past 2–3 years.
Be involved in past or ongoing HDB projects, particularly in electrical works or systems.
We are especially interested in:
1) Licensed electricians ( Licensed electric worker) or builders/ electrician currently or previously working on HDB projects.
2) Retiring business owners looking to sell — we are open to offering existing companies with directorship/ consultant or business stake as part of the deal.
3) We have available funding between $500k and $1M, depending on the size and scope of the business.
